Greg has more than 14 years of experience in both technology services and
marketing. Today, he concentrates on bridging the gap between users and
clients with professional keyword research and effective search engine marketing
programs. Greg consults in the areas of web design, interactive strategy,
search engine marketing, and web analytics. He publically speaks on search
engine marketing topics and is recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s leading
search experts. His solutions have benefitted clients like GlaxoSmithKline,
McDonalds, True Value, Bryant, and Carnegie Mellon University as well as
many small- and medium-sized businesses. Greg has a Master of Arts degree,
specializing in rhetoric and linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts from the

Prior to coming to CSG Interactive, Elizabeth has worked for a broad spectrum of clients in the commercial,
corporate, and public sectors on a consultant basis. Through years of design and constant adaptation in differing
work environments, she has developed a clear understanding of what makes sense when integrating comfort,
efficiency, and aesthetics. With an emphasis always on the importance of human/waste relationship,
Elizabeth specializes in reclaimed products and materials. Advising on color, brand adaptation, and
aesthetics is her niche. Elizabeth attended RISD and Massachusetts College of Art.
